About this event
Raleigh-Durham ITP Technology Innovation Leadership Breakfast
Hosted on 3rd Thursdays, Monthly
The RDU IT Professionals Community brings together security and technology leaders across the Raleigh-Durham area (CISOs, CIOs, VPs, Directors, and Managers) for honest conversation, peer mentorship, and real connection.
No vendor pitches. No lectures. Just coffee, breakfast, and the kind of candid exchange that's hard to find anywhere else.
The first 30 minutes are open networking. We then move into a informal discussion on a topic that matters to the people in the room.
Whether you're a seasoned executive or stepping into leadership for the first time, you belong here.
TOPIC: What Did Your Forecast Get Wrong This Year?
Every leader builds a budget. Almost none of us nail the forecast. Costs creep, priorities shift, and the number you defended in January looks different by October. What did you get wrong this year? What did you learn? How do you make the case for next year’s spend? Bring your stories. No spreadsheets required.
SPONSOR: TBD
